What is indoor air pollution?

We think of air pollution as something that comes from factories or motor vehicles. However, did you know that your indoor air in your home or office can also be polluted? In fact, indoor air pollution can be even more harmful to our health than outdoor air pollution.

Indoor air pollution is a big problem in several countries, where people use the burning of fuels such as coal, wood, and gas for heating and cooking.
